Rafael Câmara, a Ferrari junior driver and Formula 3 world champion, would join Invicta Racing in Formula 2 the next season.
"I feel prepared for the next challenge after a wonderful season in Formula One this year, and I am eager to start working with the team."
In addition to his 2024 Formula Regional European Championship title, the Brazilian finished the 2025 season with 166 points, four victories, five podiums, and five pole positions. He also won the 2025 junior series championship with one round remaining at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
To get ready for the 2026 Formula 2 season, the 20-year-old will now drive for Invicta. A post-season test at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will also be held.
In the Ferrari press statement announcing the move, Câmara stated, "I am really delighted to be joining Invicta Racing for my maiden season in Formula 2."
"This team has proven time and again that it knows how to train young drivers, making it the top choice for any driver hoping to compete in Formula Two during the previous few years.
It is a great honour to be the next Formula 3 Champion after Leonardo [Fornaroli] and Gabriel [Bortoleto].
"I feel prepared for the next challenge after a wonderful season in Formula One this year, and I am eager to start working with the team."
Following in the footsteps of Invicta champions, Câmara will attempt to win back-to-back F2 world titles. With two races left, championship leader Leonardo Fornaroli leads the standings by 19 points, and Câmara hopes to follow in the footsteps of 2024 champion and current Sauber driver Gabriel Bortoleto.
Now, as the Brazilian transitions from Formula 3 to Formula 2, Ferrari's direction will be crucial once more in his quest to bring home more hardware.
"To get ready for the race weekend, we do a lot of meetings. We hold meetings before the race to discuss a variety of topics, including the weather, past events, performance runs, engineering preparation, and many other things. Therefore, we take care to ensure that nothing is left unattended. In an exclusive chat with GPblog, Camara talked about working with Ferrari and said, "We know exactly what to accomplish."

WWE has finally released the full-length trailer for WrestleMania 42, following a series of mysterious teasers that created a lot of buzz online. Triple H, Paul Heyman, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Brock Lesnar are all featured in the latest video, which has a poker theme.
Rhodes, Reigns, Punk, and Lesnar play poker while Triple H narrates. The first promo is a wonderful fit for the atmosphere of the entertainment capital, Las Vegas, where WrestleMania 42 is scheduled to take place.
At first, a lot of fans thought the teasers were related to Survivor Series: WarGames or suggested a new stable. All speculation was dispelled, though, when PWInsider revealed that the teasers were probably connected to WrestleMania.
Additionally, it is the first time Brock Lesnar has appeared in a big WWE event promotional video in years. Additionally, since defeating Omos in singles action in 2023, The Beast has not participated in a WrestleMania premium live event.
Regarding the other celebrities in the video, Cody Rhodes lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to John Cena at WrestleMania 41 Night 2, and after Paul Heyman's startling betrayal on Night 1, CM Punk and Roman Reigns were defeated by Seth Rollins.
Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas will host WrestleMania 42 on Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, 2026.
